Telling time

In math we have been working on telling time, on the hour, quarter past, half past and quarter to; for example 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, and 1:45.

We also have been working on the passage of time; such as it is 5:45, and it takes us 30 minutes to eat dinner, now what time is it now?

This weekend if you want, ask your children to tell you the time, and the passage of time in increments of 5 minutes (we have mostly been working on 5 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins).
